Welcome to Blackout Bakery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help ensure a smooth experience for both our customers and our bakery.

Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

• Pricing is based on the size, complexity, design, and materials required for your order.

• Changes to your order after a quote has been provided may result in additional charges.
   

Deposits & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure all custom cake orders. Deposit refunds and credits follow our Ordering Policy.

• Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• The remaining balance is due on or before pickup or delivery.

• Payments are accepted by:

  • Cash

  • E-Transfer to orders@blackoutbakery.ca

• Please include your order number when sending an e-transfer.
   

Design Disclaimer
Every cake and dessert is handcrafted.
While we will always strive to closely match inspiration photos, colours, and requested designs, slight variations are to be expected due to the artistic nature of baking and decorating.
Blackout Bakery does not guarantee exact replicas of inspiration images.

Refund Policy
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products:

• Completed orders are final.

• Refunds are not provided for completed orders.

• If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can work toward a fair resolution.
   

Allergy Notice
Our kitchen regularly handles:

• Dairy

• Eggs

• Wheat

• Soy

• Tree Nuts

• Peanuts

Although every reasonable effort is made to reduce cross-contact, Blackout Bakery cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free.
