Every order at Blackout Bakery is handcrafted specifically for you.
Booking Your Order
Custom cake orders require a 50% deposit to reserve your date.
Orders are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
Changes to Orders
We understand that plans can change.
Minor design changes may be requested at least 5 days before pickup.
Changes requested within 5 days cannot be guaranteed.
Significant changes may require a revised quote.
Cancellations
More than 72 hours before pickup
Deposits may be refunded or applied to a future order.
Less than 72 hours before pickup
Deposits may be forfeited due to ingredients, scheduling, and preparation already completed.
Less than 48 hours before pickup
Depending on production progress, the remaining balance may also be payable.
Lead Times
To ensure availability, we recommend placing custom cake orders as early as possible.
Popular weekends and holiday dates book quickly.
Large Orders
Large dessert tables, weddings, and event orders should ideally be booked several weeks in advance to ensure availability.
